Adams Bookfair is a highly anticipated event that happens each fall. The PTA goal for bookfair is to create an event that motivates students to build a love of reading to last a lifetime.

It takes many volunteers and a lot of teacher support because PTA prioritizes literacy and reading over fundraising during bookfair. We hope to get a book into the hands of every Adams student. Adams PTA collaborates with staff to identify students that may need assistance. The funds from the All for Books Program support these efforts.

Every dollar PTA earns through Bookfair is spent by build the media center and classroom library collections. through the Scholastic Store.

Book Fair will be open October 19-29 in 2021.

There are two Book Fair events to visit with your student.
Oct 22 (T2 & T3): Donuts for Dad (and other important Dudes)
Oct 25 (T1 & T4): Donuts for Dad (and other important Dudes)
Oct 29:
Family Night
These events may look and feel different than pre-COVID events, but we are working our hardest to make them happen in-person while maintaining the safety precautions necessary at this time.

How does Bookfair work for my student?
Students have a chance to preview the book selections with their class before they make their purchases. With the help of many volunteers and their teachers, students are able to fill out Wish Lists of books they would like to purchase. Book Fair Family night is always exciting, with lots of fun activities for the kids.
